Glock 43 Carbine - CAA Gear Up continues to expand the MCK line of their gun/converter chassis. A few weeks ago we reported on their new Polymer80 frame tool, and today we're looking at the latest addition to the MCK product family - a chassis designed for a variety of Springfield Armory pistols, as well as the Glock G43, G43X and G48 pistols.
The CAA MCK Converter for the Glock 43 / 43X / 48 pistol (see image above) has a slimmer design to fit the dimensions of these single-shot Glock pistols. This is actually the first MCK body made for a single-shot gun. It is also a Gen2 model designed to make it easier to see the cracker height and diameter holder. Up to 1.38 inches.

There are two versions of the MCK kit for the Springfield Armory. The model shown in the embedded image above is designed for the Springfield Armory 9mm or .40 S&W pistol and is compatible with the following models: XD and XD mod.2 with 4″ and 5 barrel barrels. ; XDM and XDM Elite with 3.8 inch and 4.5 inch tanks. Another MCK body for the SA pistol is shown below, and is compatible with the following Springfield Armory pistol models chambered in .45 ACP and 10mm Auto: XD and XD mod.2 with 4-barrel and 5″ barrels; XDM with 3.8 inch and 4.5 inch tanks. These kits come with a set of charging handles and other tools needed to equip various models of Springfield Armory pistols.

Other features of the MCK package include Picatinny aluminum rails, upper, side rails, front magazine holder, and non-flat grips. These packages are drop-in products without the need for any modifications to the gun. In fact, it is not necessary to disconnect the gun to install it in the body of the MCK.
The MCK Glock 43 / 43X / 48 package has an MSRP of $299. The Springfield Armory pistol package is listed for $392. When ordering, you can choose between an NFA stock, CAA Gen2 stabilizer, or a short stabilizer. All three new MCKs are available in black, white, solid green or copper. The body of the G43 / 43X / 48 can also be ordered in blue, red, orange or red. In addition, there are color changes, which, however, will increase the price by $25. All three cases are currently available for pre-order with a $68 discount and free lamp shipping with pre-ordered accessories. Estimated start of delivery is mid-October 2020.
