So you'll want to make sure you have a Glock 43 holster optimized for those roles. There are many carry positions you can use a Glock 43 with and we will cover them below. This should give you a good overview of what to look for in a Glock 43 holster.

As mentioned above, the two most common and best options for CBI carry are appendage carry and strong lateral carry. Appendix usually carried forward to the hips. Though three to five has strong lateral behavior for a right-handed user. Both of these positions have their pros and cons, and there are several features you will want to look for in a holster designed for these carry positions. When it's sitting next to your back, it'll be much more comfortable. Think of it as a tennis ball sitting next to your body, as opposed to the rough end of a two-by-four cut. The tennis ball will be much more comfortable than the two-by-four square ball.

For maximum concealment while being carried in this position, you'll want to make sure your holster has an adjustable cant. I recommend a holster with a cant of somewhere between zero and 30 degrees for a firearm this size. You might go out with as little as 20 degrees, but there's no real downside to having a range down to 30 degrees, and it will give you more options if your body type is just a little out of the norm.
